Helsinki Education Week takes place virtually in November – programme proposals to be submitted now!
Helsinki Education Week is a celebration of best learning practices, and this year it will be held from 1 to 5 November.
The theme for 2021 is Designers of the future.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, both learners and education professionals have had to make exceptional efforts to adapt their ways of teaching and learning to the current conditions. We want to shine a spotlight on this great work and all that has been done to reinforce the active role of learners.
What practices are you particularly proud of, or what topic would you like to address with others interested in education? Log in or create an account and suggest an event today!
Education professionals can make their voices heard at Helsinki Education Week
Topics for the programme can be proposed by anyone involved in education and training in the Helsinki area. The events can be aimed at education professionals, learners, parents and guardians or others who are interested in learning. Holding the event virtually makes it possible for people to participate from all parts of Finland and the wider world.
Event proposals must be submitted by 4 pm on 5 October 2021 via the HEW website, where you can also find instructions for submitting proposals.
The Helsinki Education Week production team will select the programme proposals that best suit the theme. All events must be free of charge for participants. No compensation will be paid for implementing the programme.
Join us for this virtual celebration of learning!
