Can you imagine what it is like to go to school in Malawi for example? What would you like to learn from Malawi young people if you could? And what would you like to tell the world about your culture or life in Helsinki?

Opehuoneen ääni is teacher driven podcast from Helsinki. XTalks is a coaching programme from Malawi to coach teens to tell their story. Join us to learn how all of us can make our small ideas have more impact, our young voices reach a wider audience and youths elaborate on each others ideas on a world wide network.

In the workshop
1. we will learn something new from Malawian young people.
2. we will explain something about our culture to others.
3. find kinship between the two cultures.

This event is for students.

9.30-10.00 Methods for public speaking. Brainstorming on what the participants wish to elaborate on and scripting the speech. How can podcasts and video responses be used in (phenomenal) learning and for constituting collective data?
