Leadership for future (Hands-on workshop)

The objectives and primary purpose of the workshop is to coach and facilitate in-deepth understanding for school leaders on the following themes and topics:

- Leadership for future: Why future driven leadership models and shared leadership practices are critical for both students and educators working in schools?

- Understanding the role of teamwork in learning: What needs to happen to teacher collaboration to jump-start a learning culture enabling growth? How will teachers and students learn the critical future skills during the long-term learning process?

- Future proof learning culture: What are the optimal learning culture elements needed (multidisciplinary, collaborative, skills driven learning, future proof use of technology eg.)?

- Leadership behaviors for the future: What are the elements of self-leadership required to change your leadership identity? How to promote a culture of growth and trust in schools?
