Fight and inspire: educational systems in extreme conditions

Hello dear all!

We are a group of educators from Ukraine, gathered together by "ME AND MY SCHOOL" educational center. We will take part in Helsinki Education Week to share our experience of preservation of educational systems in extreme conditions, during military operations, pandemics, after natural or political cataclysms.

Also we want to invite international researchers, businesses, EdTech start-ups, NGO, funds – to let you know more about the possibilities to collaborate with Ukraine in the sphere of education now.

Amont topics that we are going to present are:

- transformation by educational leaders through challenges unprecedented in the history,

- asynchronous training of children, teens and adults in extreme conditions,

- tutoring and mentoring as an opportunity to take care of everyone,

- meta skills in BANI world - how to develop them online with EdTech,

- new formats of psychological therapy for all participants in the educational process,

- the importance of the development of the teacher's brand within the framework of the general educational system of the state.

Anna Putsova – co-founder of SavED Charitable Foundation, specialists in creating Digital Learning Centers and teachers training on de-occupied territories

Anastasiia Syvak, Iryna Bordusenko – team of modern and progressive private Kyiv liceum, true specialists in formation of individual training map for kids and students

Ilona Stankevych – Head of the communications department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, will tell about all the state changes in educational sphere/ Diana Rakus - Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine

Kateryna Molodyk – guidance counsellor of the national authoritative Smart Osvita NGO - specialists in maintaining mental health of all participants of the educational process

Iryna Yetskalo – CEO of School Navigator EdTech start-up – will tell about Ukrainian experience of development of online instruments in extremal conditions

Ukrainian Leadership Academy – a training platform of personal and social development for young people based on values – experts in mentoring and professional orientation of teenagers
