Teachers are negotiators. Every day. They negotiate with students, parents, school administration, and other teachers. The results of these negotiations play a crucial role in achieving quality education outcomes. 

This 2-hour interactive workshop aims to introduce how educators can approach problems with a win-win approach. The program includes;

  • A short negotiation simulation powered by Sopu: Negotiation Educator mobile platform. 
  • A brief theory on negotiation skills, 
  • A discussion session about how to integrate negotiation education to schools
